Innovative School of Business & Management (ISBM) was established in the year 2007 by visionaries Mr.Pranav Shah,Mr. Bhavesh Patel and Mr.Kaushik Shah . They came together to begin an educational initiative. Their aim was to set up an institute that produces world class leaders for tomorrow. The institution set up is  managed by IIM - IIT Alumni.

The main objective of the educational initiative is to impart higher education to the aspirants, to prepare leaders for tomorrow and help them believe in the power of imagination and innovation.

Currently all the programs are run in affiliation with the Punjab Technical University, which is amongst the top and reputed universities of India.
